Stretch, hold and pose yoga session delivered by Tottenham Hotspurs Foundation as part of their well-being programme. There are two different classes to try. Session 1 & 3 are the same and Session 2 & 4 are the same.
Participants to be 18 and over. Any participants aged between 13-17 to be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over.

Gaunson House car park will present Art in The Yard with outdoor art installations, murals, live art, craft workshops, a bar and food stalls.

Closed to traffic for the duration of the festival, Markfield Road itself will be hosting craft workshops, a bar, food stalls, DJs, seating and a bouncy castle.

Spoken are a collective of change-makers who champion the power of creative and cultural expression as a catalyst for social action and positive change. The collective have been working tirelessly over the past year to facilitate opportunities for communities to engage with some of the biggest cultural, social and political conversations of our time. Spoken explores how we live together, it is driven by cultural exchange and uses the power of community organising and collective creativity to help generate better futures – both locally and further afield.
Event Description:
The Spoken Festival, in conjunction with the Markfield Road Festival, is a celebration of creativity in all its forms.
With the theme “Creativity is the greatest rebellion in existence,” the festival aims to highlight the power of creative expression in driving social change and fostering community spirit.
Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with various art forms, from theatre and music to writing and visual arts.
The festival will also feature thought-provoking discussions, interactive workshops, and a diverse array of performances, all set against the backdrop of delicious Afro Caribbean cuisine and lively DJ sets. This event promises to be a dynamic and inspiring experience for all who attend.
